If you have been running for a while, you are most likely very familiar with your pace and your endurance capabilities. Chances are that your goals are now more specific. You may be aiming to improve your time in a 10K race, or you might be contemplating running a half- or even a whole marathon. No problem.

And what music should I run to?
- Use our Beat Counter in the Music Shop to get an indication of your pace.
- Download a few of our free samples in the bpm that you think might represent your pace.
- Go running with these samples. Very soon you will know, if running to the beat of the music feels comfortable to you or not. Select songs with a higher or lower bpm, depending on your findings.
- In the music shop, download the songs in full length.
- Run for about 10-15 minutes at a pace you are comfortable with
- During that run count your steps for 1 minute
- Do this several times to get an average. The average count is the bpm of the songs, you should select.
- In the music download songs in your desired bpm.
